This page explains what happens to the information you type into the forms on this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.
Who we are

What we collect, and only when you give it to us
We do not require an account and we do not ask you to identify yourself to browse this site. Information reaches us only when you choose to fill in one of the two forms.

Both forms include a hidden field that is invisible to you and only ever filled in by automated spam bots. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded.
What we do with it
- Reply to you, by email, phone or text, about the project you asked about.
- Prepare and send an estimate.
- Send the price guide if you requested it.
- Keep a record of the conversation so we are not asking you the same questions twice.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join. If we ever want to send you something other than a reply about your own project, we will ask first.
Who else touches it
Form submissions are delivered to and stored in GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer-management system we use to keep track of enquiries. They process this information on our behalf and under our instructions. Their privacy notice is at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.
This website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file, including your IP address.
Beyond those three, nobody. No advertising networks, no data brokers.
Cookies and analytics
This site currently sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes — for example if we add website analytics or advertising measurement — we will update this page before it goes live, and say so here.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If you become a customer, project records are kept longer because we may need them for warranty, tax and insurance reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Show you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it. We will, unless we are required to keep it for a legal, tax or warranty reason — and if so we will tell you which.
- Stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any text, or just tell us.

Children
This is a website about patios. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions travel encrypted, and access to the enquiry system is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not keep payment details or documents on this website at all.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we will change the date at the top. Material changes — a new processor, a new category of information, tracking of any kind — will be described here rather than quietly absorbed.
